Depending on the size of the surface that needs to be painted it can take anything from 2 days to 1 month.
What you have to keep in mind is interior or exterior problems ie. damp problems, cleaning of the surface, cracks that need to be correct, etc.
This in itself will take time to correct, extending the time period.
